The Historic Hinsdale House
located in the foothills of the Alagany mountains in Hinsdale NY.
This location is perhaps the most famous haunted house in New York State, it has all the elements of a good ghost story, a mysterious history, straight sightings, unexplainable events and even a couple of exorcisms.
Daniel Klaes (current owner) rescued this building from the wrecking ball and has been restoring the property. the end game for the Hinsdale House is to be a location for a paranormal research center.
The Historic Parkview Hotel & Pub
located in Owego, NY. Now renivated the Parkview Inn is a bed & breakfast along with the Dugan pub restaurant.
Established in 1867 this property started as the Exchange Hotel. 10 years later Hugh Dugan would purchase the propety and rename it the Dugan House.
Over the years it would also be know as the Paige Hotel and the Park Hotel before being purchased in 1972 when it would be named the Parkview Hotel & Restaurant.

The Historic Bundy House
is located in Binghamton, NY. This location has a deep history in the area.
Built in 1892 for the Harlow Bundy family. Harlow Bundy started the company that would eventialy become IBM.
We were able to document at least 6 of the permenant residents of this property. Both previous owners and house staff remain and keep watch over the property.

The FARM on Round Top Rd.
is located in Harrisville, R.I. This location has been made famous by the 2013 movie "the Conjuring".
This property is the true life inspiration for that movie. Death, demons, witches and possessions has been the history of this property.
We found the house to have activity and somewhat of a dark history; but not to the extent that was dramatized in the film.
